I am qualified integrative counsellor that supports children, teenagers, and adults recover from a variety of challenges such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and chronic illness to name a few. I am a compassionate, empathic, and intuitive therapist and I use the models and theories best suited to each individual client's needs, with the goal of helping people heal and achieve greater wellbeing.
I have a full DBS, & I am a registered member of the BACP.
I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people live their lives without being held back. With experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those managing chronic mental health & physical conditions, I try understand the unique challenges you may face.
I am a neurodivergent mum & wife, I have personal experience with chronic physical conditions and mental health struggles, I really can relate!
In order to work through any issues, it's crucial to acknowledge them and have someone who can support you through the healing process. I provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
I am available for appointments Tuesday to Friday, however, due to my limited availability, I can only offer a small number of evening appointments and will have just a few Saturday morning sessions available. I understand the importance of finding convenient appointment times, and I will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs within these constraints.
I take your privacy seriously. All information shared in therapy sessions is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent.
I offer a range of therapy services including person centred, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
In your first therapy session, I will ask you to share your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. I will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. I will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan.

£50 per adult (18+)
£55 per child (8+)
I work face to face in South East London, Sidcup DA14, and online or by telephone anywhere in the United Kingdom.
